Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle
  • No further charges will be applied
  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

2. Refund Policy

If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not used more than 10% of the service features, we will provide a full refund. This applies only to the initial subscription month.

3. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. No Refund for Service Misuse

We do not offer refunds for accounts that have been found to violate our Terms of Service or have been used in violation of applicable laws.

5. Pro-Rata Refunds

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, we will automatically adjust your payment and provide pro-rata credits or charges as applicable.
